Ab Exercises -
 
 
Crunch
Lie flat on your back, with your knees bent at right angles and twisted to the left.
 
Place your fingertips to the side of your head just behind your ears.
 
Curl up just enough to lift both your shoulders off the floor a few inches.
 
Hold that position contract your abs in as forcefully as possible as you breathe out. Repeat for the desired number of reps before you switch to the other side.
 
Side Crunch
Lift your leg, elbow touches the outside of the opposite knee, Right elbow to the outside of left knee, Left elbow to outside of right knee ... 
 
Low leg lift
Both legs lift as you pull both elbows to the outside of both knees same side elbow as knee, make your elbows meet in the middle with your knees.
 
Your goal to each of these workouts is 20 times each move, but go at your own pace, as with everything consult a physician before you Begin, drink lots of water...
