What is a free radical?
 
No they are not a lost group from the sixties. Free radicals are little monsters that feed on our cell plasma membrane, resulting in cell dehydration and aging.
 
There is a big scientific reason behind this and I will give it to you as simply as I can.
 
Understanding Free Radicals.
 
When you are growing old, time is not public enemy number one. It is the nasty little molecule called the Free Radical.
Free radicals hunt for electrons, takes the electron from the molecule dense cell plasma membrane, which is detrimental to the cell plasma membrane wall. This start's an assault of famished Free Radicals feeding on your cells and the moisture in your cells (There really hungry and thirsty).
When the Free Radicals attack the cell plasma membrane, arachidonic acid is produced, which in turn activates certain enzymes, resulting in inflammation and aging (Your cells get the life
sucked out of them).
 
Where do Free Radicals come from?
 
Now that I have gone over what this disease dose to you. I am going to tell you where Free Radicals come from.
Stress, pollution, to much sun, preservatives, pesticides, chemicals, sugar and most of all certain foods.  
 
How do we stop this disease?
 
Health is not a question it is a necessity.
( Fact: ) The Lord said, that our body is a Temple, therefore we should take care of it. If we do not take care
of the gifts He gives us, He will take them away. 
 
1. Take a time out, stress is a big reless for Free Radicals, It's kind of an open buffey for them and giving them permission to eat at your cells.
 
 
2. Pollution can be a prob. but don't let it get you down. (Get fresh air) Try using an air purifier in your home and car. Get outside as much as you can, even try sleeping
with your window open. ( Be safe with the window, we do not want anyone falling out of the window or the boogieman getting in to you and your love ones.)
 
 
3. To much sun, as in sunburn! Ya don't let yourself sit out for hours in the sun making your skin like a grill steak. How ever make sure you get enough sun, to many
people have been over protecting themselves from the sun and are not health because of it. They do not know that the Free Radicals and the sun don't mix
and that is what’s causing the problem, not the sun!
 
 
4. Food preservatives, yes most of the time you can not pronounce what they are, but don't eat them even if you can. They are not good for you. And by eating
them will let the Free Radicals over power you. We do not want them to win they are the enemy and they must be stopped.
 
 
5. Bug spray, well it is made to kill bugs and if you eat it, it will make you like the bug dead. I need to say any more about that?
 
 
6. Sugar, this is the big one and I know, how can you live without sugar it makes things so sweet! But this kind of sweet is deadly, simple sugars are the reason the Free Radicals thrive in your body. You want to stick to eating complex sugars and the list of food is right here for you. It takes the guess work out of eating.
 
 
Warning: With this diet you will feel great, you will start looking younger. Please be sure that if you have an allergy to anything do not eat it or drink it what ever the case maybe.
 

Free From Free Radicals Diet
 
Fresh Foods are the best but frozen is the nexted best thing. Do not use canned foods.
Exception: Canned tomatoes they are easier to keep that way.
 
I need sugar!!!
Remember you are weaning yourself from simple sugar and your free radicals will crave it, because it is keeping them alive. But don’t give into that feeling drink some water or eat some fruit it will make you feel better. 
 
Desserts
It is ok to have an occasional sugar treat. Like if you are out on the town or with your fam… But don’t take a large portion of it, just a taste you don’t want to undo all the good you have done for your body by inviting  or  nourishing your free radicals again. If possible get a treat that is good for you, not good for the free radicals.
